St Helens have developed a cost estimate for
the development of the route from St Helens to the boundary towards
Widnes Town Centre. Currently the Combined Authority only has
approval for £150,000 for design and £50,000 for
resource support for the project. An additional £336,580 in
development funding is required to meet the full costs of the
design of the route within St Helens.
