This is an ambitious accelerator programme, designed to stimulate the growth of the tech sector in Liverpool City Region through high intensity support, mentoring and seed funding for tech businesses. It seeks to address market failures in the sector by developing a strong pipeline of quality deal flow for investors, attracting startups to the region, developing connections and networks amongst SMEs and attracting national and international investors and mentors to LCR.
