There is a need for the LCR Combined Authority to agree how a £3 million top-sliced fund for the Key Route Network of strategically important roads will be re-allocated to the six constituent local highway authorities.
This process is guided by a Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (HIAMP) considered by the LCR Combined Authority at their meeting on 19 October 2019.
