LCR Audit & Governance Committee

Purpose of committee

The Audit and Governance Committee is made up of seven members, 6 of which are drawn from the membership of the Combined Authority and the Overview and Scrutiny Committee and one Independent Member.

 

The Audit and Governance Committee’s role is to review the Combined Authority’s financial affairs, internal control, corporate governance arrangements and risk management.
